employees and managers from stores or restaurants, within participating Simon properties, that create a free account within Simon Connect can:

3. Request assistance from the center management team by opening up work/support tickets
4. Have instant access to important documents and contact information
5. Receiving security briefings and critical alerts about situations that unfold at the center
6. Pay any special invoices or tickets your store or restaurant may receive
7. Participate in various surveys and feedback collection efforts that strive to ever improve the shopping experience for everyone
